    Hello. First of all, thank you for developing this plugin. The overall concept of seamless connection with the merchant center is amazing. I was trying different ways with different feed plugins and every plugin has its pros and cons.

    I have some complications with your plugin, which, I think, is crucial for some sort of e-commerce stores.

    1 – Inability to set values like color, and size in plugin settings and bound them to my attributes for an automatic fill-up. I saw the additional field in each product within an additional tab, but I have 2k+ products, and setting up these values by hand would take forever to set everything up.
    it would be great if there was an option for bounding product attributes because the merchant center is seeing this as a warning, although, it’s not an error.
    Also, as long as the plugin generating each зкщвгсе variant as an individual element for merchant center – it would be great to add size and color attribute to their title.
    Like “Hearts Cloudcore Tie Dye Shorts – Light Blue – XL”.

    2 – age group and gender bulk setup option would also be great.

    3 – I have an e-commerce [ redundant link removed ] and I’m using WP Bakery for descriptions because of their fast-template options. Your plugin seeing descriptions that were built with this sort of page-build plugins wrong and adding some unwanted tags. My every product description generated by your plugin is now looking like this:

    I think it either should be optimized or, as user soositommi proposed above – add an ability to choose the short description option. For example Plugin Product Feed Pro is seeing descriptions built with wp bakery without any unwanted tags.

    4 – The product Feed tab within your plugin isn’t loading when the feed itself is too big.
    I have 2k+ products in my store and generated feed for 5+ countries. The product Feed tab was loading while my feed was generating, at first, but as product syncing grew – it started to give me an error “An error occurred while retrieving your product feed. Please try again later.”

    5 – Problem with currency conversion while creating an AD campaign. I’ve set $10 a day through your plugin and within the google ads page my manager seeing this as 10 Roubles (from Russian admin panel). So the currency is only seeing as a value.

    UPD.
    Just read about warnings in google merchant center support:
    “Warnings: These are issues that could negatively impact the performance of your ads and will likely lead to item or account suspensions in the future unless you resolve the issue.”

    I think making the ability to set up attributes, size and etc on plugin settings is crucial.

    Also, making an additional field in the product category for google_product_category would be great. An automatic appointment isn’t always working as intended.

    This is where the developers look for popular ideas to implement.

    As for the “An error occurred while retrieving your product feed. Please try again later.” message, I’ve reached out to the developers on what may be causing the issue on your site, and how it can be remedied. I’ll keep you updated as soon as I hear back from them.

    Agree with your list, especially 1 & 3.

    The option of using the short description would solve our problems with the sync currently rejecting most products/variations because of the “blank” description (we don’t use the main description at all).

    Also, it seems the products which have been successfully synced are variable products which have an entry in each variation description (which we only use for extra variation-specific information in addition to the product’s overall short description). Ideally it’d be great to have a setting when syncing variable products, to combine the short description with the variation description.`

    And @orezoria, I’ve heard back from the developers with recommendations for the “An error occurred while retrieving your product feed. Please try again later.” message you’ve been getting. This is what they said:

    The product feed page does quite a bit of processing and because of that it might take a while for it to be displayed when the number of synced products is large. It’s probable that the script has timed out. I recommend they increase the maximum execution time of PHP scripts by setting the max_execution_time config and also increase the memory_limit settings in the php.ini file to see if it resolves the issue. It might also help to look at their server logs if the issue persists after making these changes.

    Can you please see if making the above adjustments to your server configuration helps?

    We’ll be assessing feedback on adding bulk editing functionality and the ability set attributes at the global and category level for an upcoming release so that should help you out
