Great tool – Superb support

<p>New user (MonsterInsights Pro) here with two websites (each with their own staging site). Ran into a little difficulty during plugin startup – especially given Google is moving from UA to GA4. Reached out to MonsterInsights support and was pleased with the timely, informative and detailed response. We allowed admin access and it took about two weeks interactions to get everything configured correctly. A big shout out to Michelle Devera and her team. I feel good about the resulting reports, the plugin, the company and their support. And she went above and beyond helping me navigate the Google Analytics maze to get everything cleaned up with no extraneous datastreams/ dual tracking, etc, I have to say this is one of my best encounters with technology company in my 8 years on the WordPress SEO journey!</p>
