Over and Above!

  • This has to be the most helpful and easiest experience I have had with support, ever!
    The plugin installs easily, and is simple to use. I had an issue with the plugin not displaying correctly on my shop page (list variations – Pro feature) so I submitted a ticket. Support was extremely easy to contact and speak with (there was no language or understanding barrier) and I felt they went over and above to get the plugin working on my site, with my theme by adding code to the child theme. I know they spent a bit of time on it but it was sorted next day.

    I’m not used to this kind of ‘frictionless’ experience when it comes to plugins not working correctly so thank you so much team.

    Additionally, this issue I had was likely caused by my theme/plugins and not the WPXtension plugin itself. I’m also not a developer by any means of the word…

    Highly recommend, will be using on my other websites!
