Over a week no response from Support

  • I submitted a support request with SmartCat because I’m having issues with the licensed version of Our Team Showcase. It’s been over a week with no response from their support team.

    I updated my WordPress site to 5.2.1 and it looks like something went wrong with Showcase Pro. My server sent back the following error:

    An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 283 of the file https://www.gbfeature.com/wp-content/plugins/smartcat_our_team/our-team-showcase-pro.php. Error message: Call to undefined function ots\get_theme_override()

    At the time of this support ticket, the page will no long load.

    Please advise.
