Over 100 login attempts within 24 hours from an IP without being blocked

    Over the past 24 hours, Sucuri Security has logged over a 100 login attempts from the same IP with the username “admin”.

    When checking the “Limit Login Attempts Reloaded” Dashboard, I cannot find any mention of this in the log.

    When I manually try to log in to WP with invalid credentials, the plugin seems to work and displays the lockout in the dashboard.

    I have even added the “admin” username to the “Deny Rules” field, but for some reason, the plugin is not processing these login attempts.

    Debug Info:
    REMOTE_ADDR = IP0
    HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP = IP0
    HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR = IP0

    Any ideas on what is going on?
