Outstanding support (and great plugin)

I’m using Form Maker already for a few years and it’s easily the best form-builder I found.

A few days ago I run into an issue with it, as it suddenly made my (totally unrelated) backup-plugin stop working. I contacted the FormMaker’s support and they were extremely helpful – they checked my site and solved the issue. It’s very unusual that a free plugin has such a great support.
