Outstanding Support!

  • I looked at many form plugins before deciding on CaptainForm. All of a sudden, it quit working on 2 of my sites. I submitted a support request (I use the free version), and the team jumped on the issue almost immediately. The first fix worked partially. When I told them it wasn’t completely resolved, they had it fixed within about 12 hours. Thank you so much for a fantastic plug in and the responsive support!
