• When I migrated a staging site to the live one, I ran into issues with Events Calendar Pro recognizing two sites (but I’m paying for one) and the events slug wasn’t working.

    After reading articles and trying to figure these out for myself, I reached out to the Support Team at Events Calendar Pro via Chat. Sam Dokus helped me with both problems. He was patient, knowledgeable and persistent. It took us a number of testing and trials to find what was creating the problems.

    I’m impressed with the ECP software. Add outstanding support reps, and it is worth the cost of the software. I’m very grateful.

    Solutions: Licensing – remove existing licensed website from ECP account and reactivate via WordPress. Events slug – there was an events page causing confusion. Renamed/deleted that page and problem was solved. Easy when I look at the end result; not so easy when we didn’t know what was causing the problems!
