Outstanding Support

I bought the suite about a week ago. There’s a lot to this plug-in, but it’s not complex to use. To the contrary, it’s quite user friendly even for someone new to WP and I am.

This is actually the 3rd premium plug-in I bought to set up pricing and other details in such a way that wholesale customers and only wholesale customers can see pricing for the items that are available at wholesale prices. This one worked well; the others didn’t for me because I use variations, and apparently, variations aren’t supported in those apps.

One of several major improvements these plug-ins have over their competition is that this one and only this one of those I tried allows me to assign a second role to any profile. For example, I wanted for the administrators of my site to also be assigned the role of wholesale customer. This allows me to do that either for all admins, or any one or more individually.

The Wholesale Order Form is going to be extremely useful. Such an idea never occurred to me until I saw Josh’s work. His next major version will also display quantity available of each item for variations, and allow me to hide from wholesale customers items that aren’t available at wholesale.

I haven’t even begun to experiment or explore yet with Wholesale Lead Capture, but my site is almost ready to work in that direction. Another area yet to explore is that this suite allows me to continue to offer flat rate shipping for any sized retail order, and calculated shipping based on zone and weight for my wholesale customers.

I believe in supporting developers of these tools financially by buying premium versions of their hard work. I have also almost always gotten excellent support when I couldn’t figure how to do something, or something didn’t work the way I thought it should. The developer of this suite of tools stands out even among all that excellence. Josh offers friendly, mature support, he responds quickly, and in one case that I found an issue, he fixed it, and uploaded the fixed version literally within hours.

I’m very impressed with the software, and I know I’ve only begun learning to use it. I’m even more impressed with it’s developer.
