Outstanding Facebook Feed Plugin

I was initially very impressed with this plug-in, because it was well documented and worked immediately after setup. After going through a list of other plugins, it was great to find one that not only did the job, but looked great and played nicely with the rest of the site.

Then the feed didn’t update: bummer. I posted the issue to the community forum, and WD Facebook Feed support responded and were patient with questions … it took some time, understandably, but they actually did hands-on login support and gave me a special screencast of how to proceed.

Now the plugin is updating and still performing great. With all the things that can go wrong on a WordPress installation, it is great to have a plugin support team that honestly tries to help the average user. Thanks to the authors for making this plugin available, in my experience it’s been a credit to the WP platform.
