Outstanding – exactly what we needed and more.

Having tried and ditched a competing directory we were a little cautious with Geodirectory. We are by no means developers but we have big plans – a directory called the Divine Registry, and needed something to get those plans online.

The toughest part of Geodirectory is getting things off the ground. The auto setup process didn’t work for me and seemed to break down halfway. Having to install Ayecode to enable licenses was a frustrating process and couldn’t be completed without assistance. And the online guides always seemed to presume a level of knowledge or made you feel like you were starting in the middle rather than the beginning.

However, once you are underway it’s astonishingly powerful. It’s extremely compatible with Elementor if you are using this builder (this is where the last plugin fell over for us). Pretty much everything can be dropped on a page with a toolset of intuitive widgets and dynamic content including a CSS code to show or hide content based on simple conditions. We’re more than happy with the result and the power of this plugin and it feels like a complete and evolving solution rather than a simple fire and forget option. And the fact that you can use any of their numerous addons at no extra cost as long as you maintain a subscription – on unlimited websites – is generous indeed.

We were a needy client and I probably overused their premium support. But they are extremely generous and respond in a timely fashion with practical actionable answers or are more than willing to just go in and do it themselves using a temporary login. They’re friendly and professional and have solved everything I’ve thrown at them and i couldn’t recommend their support more.

This is an investment and they back up this investment by being all in with support and assistance. The feature set speaks for itself and once you get past the learning curve you will be constantly impressed with just how powerful and flexible Geodirectory is. 5 out of 5.
