    I’ve been very pleased overall with the responsiveness and customer service of support staff at MonsterInsights. I’m taking time today to offer specific praise of staff tech Neeraj Vishwakarma, who quickly replied to a message regarding a plug-in problem, identified the problem, solved the problem, and provided proof of the solution. I greatly appreciate the assistance, and I am confident other users will also.
