Outstanding Customer Service!

  • Beyond a doubt, this is absolutely the best product, and backed by wonderful customer service. We have only had contact with “Kat” and if she is representative of the rest of the people who work there, then they must be the best company on the planet. Kat went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with our backups. TWICE! I highly recommend this plug-in as they are in-tune to the needs and changing environments in WordPress, Woocommerce, and its users.
