Outrageous support/Not functional

I’ve put high hopes in this plugin but it doesn’t work on my wp website because of a conflict with another plugin according to “support”.
They didn’t bother to troubleshoot the issue in order for the website to be “safe” not that they find it difficult to..
In order to have the issue addressed they have requested a staging site which was more convenient because they already knew I don’t have one.
