Outrageous prices?

    Each of my products average no more than 6 oz. When people order more than one thing, say 4 items (each averaging 6 oz for a total of 24 oz or 1 1/2 lbs) the priority shipping does not give a flat rate, instead one of my customers was just charged over $40!!!!!!!!!!! This happens every time, no matter who it is or how much they order. The flat rates are even high. Priority mail, according to USPS calculate a price should be no more than $8.25. not $12 something (and this was me testing to ship a package to ME). My priority price using this plugin to ship to myself (same zipcode) was over $28? Something is very wrong and I am losing customers big time. what is up with this?

    The plugin doesn’t support flat rates. We have plans on adding this but no ETA at the moment.

    Also, it quotes each item in the order individually, unless the ‘Quote regular items by weight’ option is set.

    You might want to check if it works better for you with the ‘Quote regular items by weight’ or stick with another plugin.
