Output structure problematic for translation

nice little plugin, thank you very much!
I ran into a little problem while trying to translate it into german:
The separation of $read_and_accept and $privacy_policy is problematic for a good translation. In German the $privacy_policy hast to stand within the $read_and_accept sentence.
Is there a solution for this?

This is fixed in the new version.
Now, $read_and_accept and $privacy_policy are together in one string. So you can move the $privacy_policy string between the $read_and_accept words:I have read and accepted the %sThe
%sis the $privacy_policy link.Please, confirm if this fixes the problem.
