You probably use W3 Total cache with the HTML minify option enabled?

If this is the case go to Minify -> Advanced -> Never minify the following pages, and fill in the page you don’t want to have minified. So if your store locator is used on mydomain.com/store-locator, then fill in ‘store-locator’.

If you use another caching plugin that has a minification option, try to disable it and see if that fixes it, or look for a setting that allows you to exclude the store locator page.
