• When I upload a link image to an link entry, I can see that image under “Current link image” in the backend, but in the frontend it is shown as broken. I’ve checked the paths of both images and found out, that in the frontend the path to my subdirectory where I run my WordPress is duplicated. But in backend it is fine.

For example I save a link image and see that path in backend:
    https://www.domain.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/link-library-images/150.jpg

…but in the frontend the image link is like this:
    https://www.domain.com/wordpress/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/link-library-images/150.jpg

    How to fix that bug?

I think I know what happened, with soem of the recent changes I did around image attachments. I will check over the week-end and likely issue an update in the next two days.

Please upgrade to the latest version. The default behaviour for images is now to work as it used to, with an option to change it to the way it has become.
