Output html problem & Lowercase

Hi,

I’m using the plugin for a site since few month. Since last update (plugin update), the html output seems to be broken for few terms (tooltip and linked words).

The tooltip content and terms are displaying on the wrong place. This broke the sense of sentences.

Have you an idea of the origin of this kind of problem ?

Other question, it is possible to disable link and tooltip display for terms with the uppercase only ? For example, I have the SA (for “société anonyme”) but “sa” in french is a common stop word and every time i have “sa” in lowercase, is linked to the “SA” term in the glossary section
