Output Error Message

    My login page is getting two different output error messages right under the password entry field. These messages started appearing after I activated your plugin.

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘wordpress828.wp_mo2f_user_login_info’ doesn’t exist]
    INSERT INTO wp_mo2f_user_login_info (session_id) VALUES(‘D4B813Mt6rN5Y7Bke2Ni’) ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE session_id=’D4B813Mt6rN5Y7Bke2Ni’

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘wordpress828.wp_mo2f_user_login_info’ doesn’t exist]
    DELETE FROM wp_mo2f_user_login_info WHERE ts_created < DATE_ADD(NOW(),INTERVAL – 2 MINUTE);

    Any help to get rid of these will be appreciated.
