Output Desk Chat – how to receive e-mails when offline

Greetings,
I have had 2 visitors asking for help during this weekend, but despite I can view the offline messages in History of the chat, when I’m logged, I haven’t received any email, so I fundamentally lost both of em.
Where should I activate the offline email sending option, if any?
