Thanks. Question N1 was solved. It being my mistake.

    Hi @luminatee ,

    Likewise, thanks for the update!

We’ve had a check on this issue. Please, could you check if that particular comment’s content contains anything that the others do not, which could be causing it to break?

    Looking forward to your response.

No. Bug is still exist. U need fix plugin code… Research my screenshot again please.

    Hi @luminatee ,

Please could you let us know what exactly is the issue with the nesting? May we please know where we could locate an example of this issue to compare with the other comments on the page?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best,

    Hi @luminatee ,

    I hope you’re doing well.

Our dev team had another look at the screenshot you’ve sent. This could be caused by a plugin conflict. Please, could you deactivate all other plugins and try a default (WordPress) theme, and let us know if you still see this issue?

Also, the (“Bad Hierarchy”) is not the structure we use in the plugin. We use the structure shown in the first part of the screenshot. Here’s an example from our demo: https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uPNokQ.

We look forward to your response.

Closing this as no reply and couldn’t replicate the nesting issue in our test environment.
