Output ACF value via a shortcode (in a Widget)

    Hi,

    I’m trying to output an advanced custom field value (ex: Check this page [icon icon=”external-link”]) in a widget, via the shortcode [acf field=”{$field_name}”]

    I managed to create an ACF that appears on every post page on my site’s backend, but I can’t make this custom field appear on my site’s frontend in a widget via the shortcode [acf field=”{$XYZ}”] The widget appears empty.
