• Hello. I use Outlook as my email client and it’s having issue with displaying my email templates correctly. All fonts, colors, border sizes, and whatnot are not transferred over. In Woo settings, I’ve got it set to HTML as well.

FYI. Emails are displayed correctly just using the default Woocommerce email templates.

Any ideas on what’s going on? Thanks!

I can tell you this much. Made a recent Windows update…rebooted PC…Outlook displays the email the best it’s ever been. Who knows?? It’s a big of mystery as W10 itself.

It’s one of those “you can’t have it all” scenarios I suppose. Haha

I really appreciate your diligence in the matter Ben. It speaks volumes of your support.

Take care over there! Best of luck on nailing the issue!

For anyone reading along in this thread and also having trouble with Outlook displaying your emails nicely, I can 100% vouch for the plugin author here.

I’ve actually custom-coded dozens of emails for a few clients, and you have to get VERY creative and VERY specific when formatting for Outlook to get the emails to look exactly the way you want. ESPECIALLY when it comes to formatting tables and links with button styling.

Worst of all, even when you’ve got it all figured out (on the Outlook front), something else messes up within another email client and then it’s back to the drawing board. It’s truly a headache. 100% doable, but very tedious.

    Just my $0.02.

Through the correspondence with the dev, it certainly sounds like it! Glad it’s you and not me. ??

BTW Ben. I had no idea that the “reset” button when customizing emails basically puts back everything to a default “out of the box” state. By the sound of it, it would be an “undo” sort of button.

OK…so it sets all templates. So, I went ahead and exited without saving. That should bring back my work.

    It did not.

Bottomline…all my hours of works on all my customer emails are now gone. ??

Any advice on what I can do? Anything?
