Outlook Hotmail Microsoft email can't receive email from my domain's email

    I’ve tried so many times for sending email to the user who has an email account using Outlook, hotmail, and microsoft. They can’t get any newsletter from my site while the one who has an email account with gmail.com and others seem to get all mails as usual..

    I try with my web mail as roundcube and squirrel, the results are the same,

    can anyone help me to solve this problem, thank you in advance

    Have your users checked their SPAM folders?

    What hosting provider do you use? There seems to be an issue with some hosting prodivers like dreamhost and bluehost and Microsoft emails. The solution that users have found is to configure their SMTP in their webmail. You would need to contact your domain provider on how specifically to configure that

    I contact to microsoft as you mention by sending the email to them and then they reply to my email and that the problem is resolved, it’s so fast! I appreciate it!
