outlook calendar upload

I am creating a site where i need to link an outlook calendar into a page in the website. The outlook calendar is connected to the outlook email, not outlook.com. I want to incorporate it so that it will continuously update, so saving the calendar as an icalendar and uploading will not work. If anyone knows how i can do this, or if there are any plugins that can help please respond as quickly as possible!
