Outlook Calendar Sync and Zoom Integration not working

Hi, my website’s Bookly integration with Zoom (sending of Zoom meeting details) in meeting invites/ *.ics and Outlook Calendar Sync has never work since purchasing the plugins in November 2022. It has been 2 months and I understand from my web designers that Bookly has not been able to solve the problems and response from Bookly also takes a few days in between which is disappointing. Can I have someone to attend to my issue please as it is the last two functions that are not working and it is delaying my website Go Live.
