Outlook Calendar Feed Import Failure / Error

    Up until a month ago, the free Time.ly plugin was importing events from a published Outlook calendar (html url), but for the past few weeks it has completely stopped doing what it did before.

    Questions:
    1) Why is it doing this?
    2) How can we get this back up and running as soon as possible?

    Any help in correcting this issue would be greatly appreciated!

  • Hi @tpattersontyx,

    Please be sure to update your WordPress installation to the latest version. Also, update our Core Calendar plugin as well, the newest release was a few days ago, 2.5.22.

    Also be sure that your host is running PHP 5.6 or newer, as older versions are depricated and unsupported.

    Lastly, your feed refreshes use your hosts Cron function. You can check your cron function by installing any free 3rd party cron plugin. The one that refreshes feeds is appended with “ai1ec”.
