• Hello,

So I’ve downloaded this and currently have 11 sites on it. It currently says I have ‘7 Outdated Plugins’ but when I update each plugin and get a popup regarding successful update, the number is not reduced.

I’ve logged in and out a few times. I’ve even tried to updated all the plugins multiple times, and the number of ‘outdated plugins’ does not change.

Any ideas on how to address this?

    Regards,

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

Are the plugins also not updated or only the number is not updated in wpCentral? Please tell us the plugin names with which you are facing the issue.

You can also open a support ticket with us by emailing your query at [email protected].

I have the same problem! The WordPress sites with all the plug-ins are up to date. However, in the WP Central panel I see that there are plugins that are not up to date.
It seems that only the number is incorrect.

    Hi,

Can you provide us with the screenshots where you are getting the incorrect numbers?
Also, we would suggest you to once manually sync the website data following the guide here:
    https://wpcentral.co/docs/miscellaneous/sync-websites-data/

If you still face the same issue, please open a support ticket with us at [email protected] with your website’s URL and connection key to debug the issue.

    Do let us know.

Yeah, so I just want to echo what @mackey6879 is saying in regards to: “The WordPress sites with all the plug-ins are up to date. However, in the WP Central panel I see that there are plugins that are not up to date.”

I’ve also have done a manual sync and to no avail.

Here is a screenshot of the message I’m getting in regards to trying to update the plugins again – https://imgur.com/1gks1jB

So Basically, even though it says plugins updated successfully, it still shows ‘x’ number of plugins need to be updated once I click ‘okay’ on the popup.

Will send an email to support.

    Hi,

Thank you for opening the support ticket with us and providing us with the details. We have replied to the same.

On debugging, we found that, there were following 3 plugins which were causing the ambiguity:
    Responsive Slider
    Thumbnail Gallery (WordPress Plugin)
    Youtube Channel Gallery

On checking each plugin, we found that they are not listed on www.remarpro.com website. We in wpCentral fetch the details from www.remarpro.com for the plugins and themes. Since the search result does not return these plugins, the version number is incorrectly fetched and this causes the issue.

We would suggest @mackey6879 also here, to check the same thing for his plugins on his websites.

Please feel free to contact us for any further issues.

Well, I guess it is exactly the same problem! But is there a solution? ??

Yeah, just wanted to second what @mackey6879 had said.

Would love to hear of a solution to this problem.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

We currently do not have a solution to this issue. At the most, we have resolved the issue where wpCentral will not fetch the incorrect data. We’ll launch this in next version.

However, we’ll next work on the task of uploading the external plugins and themes.

Please feel free to contact us for further issues.

    Hi,

Are you still facing some issues? Can we mark the topic as resolved?
