Outdated version of TGM Plugin Activation

New version of TGMPA is not going through theme check.

@marsian – you can either use Otto’s fork which will pass theme check or try the new TGMPA Generator which should go online some time in the next few weeks.

Both ways the theme check issue will be solved.
