Outdated Select2 Script

  • The theme is loading an outdated version of the Select2 script in the WordPress dashboard. Do you plan on updating it to prevent conflicts with other plugins?

  • Hey, Woocommerce (which has over 2 million active installs) loads the same version. They are updating on the 14th of march to select2 version 4 and our select2 version will follow with that ?? so there is an update coming out today which will start this transition.

    Updated the way theme calls the script as well today so there is no way for a conflict.

    Thanks for updating the theme.

    It looks like Woocommerce still hasn’t updated their Select2 script and it is still outdated.
