    Hi,

after updating to 7.0.1 I got the usual warning about outdated templates. Not a big deal. I checked the modified template and updated it to the current version. The error is still there. I emptied the cache, no luck. I emptied the Woocommerce template cache and deleted all transients: error is still there. For test purposes, I even removed the template from the child theme. Guess what, the error is still showing. What is going on? I’ve never had an issue like that.

    Thanks!

  • Hello @cutu234!

I believe you’re referring to these instructions, you’ve already followed these with no luck, correct?

Make sure you didn’t miss any steps; if you did, please fix that. Once done; make sure all caches are cleared.

These days, there are object caches that the servers offer; this might also create issues; clear those too, and try again.

If the error doesn’t go away, share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Best!

Thank you! Very strange, I’ve just checked the status again, and now the message is gone. Have no idea why it took so long. I’ve never had this issue before. Usually, it’s enough to reload the status page.

Thank you, anyway, for the prompt reply.
