Outbound links without http not being tracked

Hi,

The affiliate system we’re using is generating the links without http: (like this //profitshare.ro/l/2172317).

Checking the source, we see that _onclick=__gaTracker(‘etc’, ‘etc’); is not beeing added on these links. If we manually put the http: on the links then it works and events are tracked.

Is it possible to track these links without us manually editing every link and adding http:?
