    On 28th January 2021, SmugMug faced an outage with its API that stopped parts of it from working. This has affected Photonic as well, since Photonic uses the API.

    There is nothing that I can do to help with this, but once SmugMug’s outage issue is resolved, Photonic should start working again without users doing anything else.

    SmugMug posted an update on Jan 29th at 20:34 PST that most of the functionality has been restored, but there is some performance degradation.

    As of now the photos on your Photonic-based SmugMug galleries should show up, unless there is again an issue with SmugMug.

    I am keeping this thread open until SmugMug confirms that the issue is fully resolved.

    Based on the updates that SmugMug posted on 1st Feb, I am marking this resolved. They have confirmed that all services should be running and back to normal.
