Out of stock variations not working correctly

Are those products has variations with size 43 or products do not have variations with size 43 at all?

These products have size 42 variations, but they are out of stock in this particular size. I have woocommerce option for disabling out of stock products from catalog enabled if this has anything to do with this. Theme is Woodmart.

Please in plugin settings -> Add-ons tab disable “Additional tables” add-on and Save settings, then enable “Additional tables” add-on, Save settings and wait when table generation will end.

That solution seems to work! Is this a bug that can/will be fixed or do i have to do that every time i notice that filters does not work correctly? Because variable products get out of stock regularly.

Did you used some Export/Import plugin to add/update products?

@razyrx No, all products were manually added to the website, but we did transfer it to another server recently. We did not import the products, we just copied the whole website. We still add new products manually. The one thing i could think would affect this is that some of our variable products have stock quantity enabled and some just in/out of stock.

No, we manually transfer all wp files to the new server. We did not use any plugin for that or anything related to product and product variations.
