Out of stock threshold not working

Hi @simonmichigan!

Based on the comment in the Github issue below, the problem is the Stock Display Format. If displaying stock to customers and there is stock available, the product can be purchased. If you change that setting to never display the stock amount, the product will become unpurchasable until it’s stock is above that threshold.
