From the screenshots and system status report you’ve shared, it seems like your WooCommerce settings are configured correctly.

The “Out of Stock Threshold” and “Hide out of Stock items from the Catalog” options work as follows: when the inventory of a product drops to 3 or less, it should be marked as “Out of Stock” and hidden from the catalog. However, the products are still being shown as “In Stock” which is not the expected behavior.

This could be due to a conflict with a theme or plugin, or possibly a caching issue. Here’s what I recommend to troubleshoot:

1. Clear all caches related to your site. This includes browser cache, plugin cache, server cache, and CDN cache (if any).
2. Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (like Storefront) and see if the issue persists.
3. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if the issue persists. If it resolves, then enable your plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the conflict.
4. If the issue still persists, please provide us with the error logs. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. You could copy and share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here.

To assist you further, could you please confirm if the products with an inventory count less than the out-of-stock threshold (3 in your case) are appearing on the website’s front end?

Also, during my investigation, I searched for a product named “Glomox” but it did not show up in the search results.

Understanding whether these products are just marked as ‘In Stock’ at the backend or if they are indeed being displayed to customers on the front end will help us in pinpointing the underlying issue more accurately.

Once I have a bit more information from you, I’ll be able to delve deeper into this and provide you with a resolution.

Thank you for the response and yes, the products with stock 3 or less are not showing in the front end. But they are marked as in stock in the backend, also when try to view those products from backend it shows as in stock.

In this screenshot i have sorted the product as out of stock but some products with more than 3 stock quantity are also showing and when i searched those products in the front end they are not showing up.

Just to confirm, you did already try deactivating all plugins but WooCommerce and switching to Storefront, as we mentioned, correct?

Do you have any custom code on the website?

To clarify, did you add the product quantity before setting the “Out of Stock threshold” in WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory?

If so, can you go to the “All products” page and find any product experiencing this issue. Next, click on “Quick edit” and then click “Update” without making any changes, and see if this makes any difference?

If this resolves the issue, this is something I am able to reproduce on my test site, as it seems the global “Out of stock threshold” is not respected until the product is republished.
