• Hello,

I’ve noticed that when a customer order of 20 or more products, only a few of these products are marked ‘out of stock’.

I sell individual products, and each product is unique so the stock for each product on my shop is always “1”, however some of the products are still available after being purchased and the stock for these products is still “1”, and not zero as it should be.

It happened before in large orders, but after the last couple of updates it happens in almost every single order.

Using last version of WordPress and WooCommerce.

    Thanks in advance,

    George

Do your order notes reveal any stock reduction? And what status does the order have?

Hi Mike, sorry for the delay in replying.

Yes, the notes show up that only five of the twenty products are out of the stock.

This for a recent order as example. A customer bought 20 products but only 5 were marked as out of stock.

    Thank you.

Can you screenshot that so I know we’re talking about the same thing?

Hi Mike, sorry for the delay in replying, just saw the email.

    Screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/x4ve6o0yz/

Order: 67 products (quantity set to 1 for each single product), only 2 of them were marked as out of stock. Only 2 “product out of stock” emails and 2 notes.

It happens in all my shops running WooCommerce in large orders.

    Thanks in advance.

    George
