Out of stock products showing in feed

    Hello team,

    An issue with case 1:
    Simple product >> Inventory >> Stock Status >> Out of stock.
    SHOWS IN FEED.

    No issue with case 2:
    Simple product >> Inventory >> Enable stock management at product level (tick) >> Stock quantity (0) >> Backorders (do not allow)
    DOES NOT SHOW IN FEED

    Plugin version: 2.6.14

    It sounds like the stock is not syncing to Facebook. Sorry to hear about this.

    You can recheck your setup, be sure it is made according to our documentation below:

    Also, for us to get a better idea, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    When something shows as not in stock when it is, or vice versa, it is usually a plugin conflict between Facebook and another plugin. As mentioned, can you post your System Status? What that does is give us an insight to what is on the site so we can try to replicate the matter, and get to the bottom of it.
