Out of stock products

You probably made a mistake in your exclude filter.

For what channel are you creating a feed (Google Shopping, Facebook or?) and can you share a screenshot of how your exclude filter looks?

That exclude filter should really be fine and remove all out of stock products from your feed.

• Are you sure you selected “Facebook Catalog Feed / Instagram” as channel when configuring your feed and not Google Shopping?
• Are you sure your feed is not being cached and you are not looking at an old cached version of your feed?

Hi, I am using a caching plugin, I cleared cache now.

I haven’t checked the actual catalogue conversions ads yet (which were showing out of stock products up until yesterday), but I see the out of stock products in the xml. Am I supposed to see them?

Hi, although the feed doesn’t contain any out of stock products (and this is the only feed for the calalogue), I see products that are out of stock (the wooden box) getting adveritsed. One of these specifically, I have completely hidden it, but it is there in the ad and when people click on it, they get a page not found error.
Any idea where these products are picked up from?

Hi, this product was set to Out of stock but was still seen in the ad. So I set it to Draft, not published. It is still seen in the ads and when people click on it, it is now shown as page does not exist, because I set it to Draft.

I have also updated prices in some products a long time ago, but some of them still show the old price in the ad, any idea how to fix that?

Are you sure your feed is properly updating? Did you open the feed through your browser and checked if the content in your feed is actually correct? Can it be you are using a caching plugin and the content of the feed is being cached?

I am using a caching plugin, but the feed is correct. There are no out of stock products in it and the prices are correct. Please check screenshot, the first two products are actually the same product, one showing €12,13 the other €14!

They do have different product names, the vintage year seems different (2020/2021) and so do the product images?

This is the exact same product. The bottle with white background is the default product image and the image with the black background is the Facebook images I add in Yoast SEO plugin.

Why is the product name different? It has a different year in the product name?
