Out of stock Product

    Hello,

    All of the products were set to be sold only once, So I enable manage Stock option set QTY to 1 and disallow back orders. Surprisingly, 1 product was sold 6 times. Now, I can’t figure out how did this happen? Can you please help identify the issue or to get to the root of this?

    Pls let me know what additional information you need.

    Its an urgent and sensitive matter. I need your support.

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry to hear that a product which was only supposed to be sold once was actually sold six times.

    Can you confirm if the stock quantity was 1 the whole time and if “Allow backorders” was set to “do not allow” the whole time?

    Do you still have a product with the same behavior in your shop? Please provide a link to that product.
