Out of stock Notification

    hello,
    Hope you’re fine. I have some discounted products that are out of stock but still show a notification on the site. is there a way to leave them out if as they are out of stock?

    Hi @ipoblete ,

    Are your products available on backorders? If might make them appear as still in stock for buyers on your site. If backorders are not enabled, then those products will be considered as completely exhausted by our plugin.

    No, no, they are not available in backorder. That’s the strange thing. could it be that we see it because we are logged in as administrators?

    Hi @ipoblete ,

    Have you checked it in an Incognito tab or Private tab of your browser to be sure? Possibly, you will need to clear the caches completely from your site as well since some Inventory or Warehouse plugins keep the caches for product stocks.
