    I set up WooCommerce for a client, and have been getting the “Product Low” or “Product Out of Stock” to my personal email address. They need to go to the client. I looked in Woo > Settings > Emails and there is no field for Low or Out Of Stock notifications. I even made sure the admin email was sent to my client and not to me (in case that’s what was causing it). So my question is: where the heck do you set the email address that receives the Out Of Stock notifications? Because right now they’re coming to me and they need to be going to the store. Thanks very much for your time!

  • This started happening for me recently too… After googling and only finding your post, I dug around myself.

    I checked the wp_options database table and found a setting called woocommerce_stock_email_recipient with the wrong address in it.

    This setting can be changed in the WordPress admin area, but not where all the other email addresses are managed. You need to go to:

    Admin -> Woocommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Inventory

    …and change the Notification recipient(s) value to suit.

    Enjoy!
