    Hello,

    We are having this sync issue now for years.
    There are sync problems with this plugin.

    Some products that are out of stock in Woocommerce appear as in stock on Facebook.

    We have to periodicaly delete whole catalog on Facebook and resync the products.
    We get complaints from our customers that we advertise out of stock products, this can be also translated in partial wasted money on the ads.

    I can not understand how this situation can not be solved for so long period, there are so many topics about this problem …

    Hello,

    To only available checkout I have is checkout on site, not on facebook/instragram.

    and this “out of stock” issue is affecting 2 different domains/shops I have

    As mentioned this problem has been escalated to Meta. We can’t tell when a fix will be released but you can rest assured the team is working on it.

    Problem still persists, some out of stock products are showing.

    For now, I am switching to other woocommerce module to sync products to facebook, because we are losing money on our ads promoting out of stock products.

    And for one of my other sites I solved this SYNC issue temporarily until this plugin gets updated by unchecking in woocommerce settings the “hide out of stock products” option and now all the products are synced.

    And to still be able to hide the products from my store I added a custom code in functions.php.

    At this moment, the bug has been fixed and is set to be included on the next release which should happen in the coming weeks

    I’m happy to confirm that an update has been released that includes the fix. Please update to v3.0.12 of the Facebook for WooCommerce extension to take advantage of the fix.
