As mentioned on this documentation, have you tried to delete the variant ID?

If it doesn’t work, can you please enable logging, and try to reproduce the issue again? Then please share the log for us to take a closer look? You can do it by following these steps:

— Share a copy of your site’s System Status, you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Also please provide the logs:
— Head to Marketing > Facebook.
— Enable debug mode at the bottom of the screen then click on save settings.
— Make a test order this is to force the product to be at 0 stock quantity.
— Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
— Select the Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “View” button. Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time.

Thank you for reaching back, with further information on this.

I am investigating the store’s System Status Report (SSR) and, apparently, it lists the following:

Must Use Plugins (1)

CDN Cache Plugin: de – 1.1.3

Could you go ahead with temporarily disabling all server-side, and CDN, caching, before going ahead with the Facebook: Reset all products option, among the plugin’s debug tools, please? Linked here is the related documentation.

Subsequently, check for any out-of-stock product from your WooCommerce store, if it appears on the Facebook page.

Let us know how that goes.

Should I tell my hosting to exclude following url path from caching?
“/wp-content/uploads/facebook_for_woocommerce”
Could this be the issue?
I also just excluded it from WP Rocket’s Cache

May I ask, can you share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any)?

Related to caching, pixel is working fine, delete/reset products via Tools is also working.

My single issue is that some products that get out of stock on woocommerce, remain as in stock in FB catalogue.

Here a screenshot, my site has 301 products, on facebook i have 303 items

I can tell you an exact example.

Product variation with id “5949741651775677” was ordered and now on site is out of stock, also the Facebook Product Sync tab in woocommerce product page shows “product must be in stock”

But in the FB catalogue it still appers.

Sorry to hear about that. I am assuming that the product is enabled for sync, correct?

I’d like to know if you are receiving a specific error message, you can enable the logging by navigating to Marketing > Facebook > Connection, do a manual and then check the logs (i.e. the error log) to see if the product syncs correctly. You can get the sync log under WooCommerce > Status > Logs page.

Let’s try a few more things here.

As per your System status report, I see the following:

PHP Post Max Size: 100 Mo.

Can you try increasing this to 512 MB? Your host can help you out with this.

Additionally, this kind of problem can often be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Re-sync your products

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

This is the maximum file size that can be uploaded to your WordPress installation, this is correct. It is relevant when trying to upload extra large product images or when there are CSV import files.

Can’t really see a pattern.
But what I know is that the only way to have the woocommerce stock on facebook catalog is to delete all the products from the catalog and do a manual sync.

If I do not delete the products from catalog and do only a manual sync, the out of stock products remain.

So maybe @harvis is right in his thread “out of stock is set automatically to not sync“, because these products are ignored on manual sync in woocommerce and left in the catalog on facebook instead of being deleted.

From what I gather, this is a result of the checkout method “Checkout on Facebook and Instagram”. By default, if a user has this option available, the setup wizard is able to prevent the connection to a shop that sells on-site. Screenshot link: https://d.pr/i/KAb8i4

I was able to find this, as part of the discussion on the issue #1701 on GitHub, where a workaround is explained in this response there.
