Out of Stock Issue

    Hi,

    Great plugin thank you but I just have one issue.

    I have been through the product settings a number of times and there is one product that is just not showing on the front end of the site. The product is showing In Stock in the back end and I have compared settings with other products and they are all the same.

    The only place I found a discrepancy is if I click “Quick Edit” under the product I have the issue with shows “Out of Stock” and “Manage Stock” is checked.

    For all the working products, it shows “In Stock” and “Manage Stock” is unchecked.

    No matter what I do, I cannot seem to change this. Have tried a number of times but the one product I have an issue with just keeps defaulting to “Out of Stock” and a checked “Manage Stock”.

    All products are variable products including the one that’s having an issue. Stock is managed at variable level.

    Do you know what could be causing this? I hope I haven’t missed something simple – I have watched the videos too but finding a cause.

    I tried this but the product is still not showing in the store.

    I have even deleted and re-created the product but hasn’t made a difference. Still acting the same. All settings correct, everything in stock but not showing in the store.

    Fixed now!

    Deleted website cache and product started showing again. So the assistance provided in the YouTube link above works thank you.

    Hi,

    Thank you – it seems my issue is not resolved…

    When I edit a product – even if it’s just the description, it disappears from the shop.

    I then add 1 to the quantity field at product level as per the video, and it re-appears in the shop but now the quantity input disappears, so cannot choose a quantity.

    Please can you assist?
