Firstly, I apologize for the issue caused by the plugin.
Can you please check if the issue persists when the Quotes plugin is inactive?
I tried replicating the issue at my end by following the steps as below:
1. Enabled Stock Management in WC->Settings->Products->Inventory
2. Set Out of Stock to 0 in there.
3. Enabled Stock Management at the product level. Product setup: https://www.screencast.com/t/zNNSKYgPaUW
4. Checked the front end product page.
5. I see an out of stock notification and am unable to add the product to the cart.
6. The Shop page displays the ‘Request Quote’ button. When I click on it, it redirect to the product page which shows an out of stock notification.
Can you please let me know if any settings at my end are different from yours? If yes, can you kindly share your settings, so I can try replicating the issue & provide you with a fix?
If the settings are same, can you please be so kind enough as to grant me access to your staging/dev site where I can replicate and fix the issue.
