• Hello all, I can really use some assistance. I’m building a website for the first time and encountered an issue that I just can’t overcome. My website seems to look great on my mac & Safari but it was recently brought to my attention that its all over the place on pc’s using IE. Also, I think that I have some type of hack on my website for IE because the words are replaced with symbols. Is there a way to fix both issues for a not so tech savvy person like myself?

Any help and time provided to assist would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you tried:
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the unedited default Twenty Fifteen theme with ALL plugins off for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

I would have to try that. Does this correct the browser compatibility issue or the symbols replacing the words on Internet Explorer?
