    Hello Laxman,
There can be several causes for a memory error, and similarly several solutions. Check the documentation here: Solving memory issues.
Is this on a multilingual setup with WPML or Polylang?

    Hope that helps!

    Hello Ewout,

    Thanks for replay.

Also my current site is setup with WPML multilingual.
    PHP version is : 5.3

Sorry my current site is setup with “qTranslate-X” multilingual.

Hi! WPML is supported through the professional extension only (as is Polylang), qTranslate-X is not supported. There are no known issues with regular setups in spanish, so this issue is probably qTranslate-X related.
I’m afraid I cannot help you with this ??

Ok, i completely understand your concern, But in our staging server it is working fine with Both language ( English and Spanish ). ??

Perhaps the staging server has more memory available or allocated? 125304832 bytes = 119.5M (from the error).
