out of india not working properly

  • Hi Support,

    We have activated this plugin on our website https://www.artfills.com/. I am from India and in India, I see after a click on Confirm Purchase it is directly redirecting to ccavenue page but in out of India it is not redirecting to ccavenue page. It is going to another page and asking PAY VIA CCAVENUE and CANCEL ORDER & RESTORE CART button.
    Why showing these two buttons and why not directly redirecting ccavenu page in out of India?
    I want it should be work same as India like directly redirecting to ccavenue page after click on Confirm Purchase button.
    I have checked in Proxy that how this site working on out of India such as USA.

    Hi Roshan,

    sorry for delay response, actually that should not working as its working on your site as this is not codded in that way and the code is not depend on the location, if possible please check with ccAvenue team as that is not depend on the plugin code. Do let me know if any other information/error you want to discuss.
